Following a jury trial, Jose Uriostegui was convicted on two counts of sale of cocaine (Counts 1 and 2 of the indictment) and two counts of trafficking in cocaine (Counts 3 and 4). On appeal, Uriostegui challenges the sufficiency of the evidence of his conviction under Count 4. Finding no error, we affirm.
