Plaintiffs allege that defendant Corning, Inc. violated federal securities laws and committed common law fraud by failing to disclose the extent of the potential losses faced by Corning in connection with the manufacture and sale of silicone breast implants by Dow Corning Corp. The latter company is owned by Corning and Dow Chemical Company....
