The biological mother of T.L. appeals an order entered by the Juvenile Court of Wayne County finding T.L. deprived, and awarding temporary custody of the child to his father. The mother contends that the juvenile court lacked subject matter jurisdiction, and that the evidence did not support a finding of deprivation.
