RBT then supplied welders to Kiewit Offshore Services, Ltd. for a project in Ingleside, Texas. On January 6, 2003, an explosion at the Kiewit facility resulted in the deaths of Ernesto Moreno (a payroll employee of Kiewit) and Mann Van Nguyen...
