This is an appeal by Clarence Williams (Claimant) from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) to deny Claimant's claim petition for hearing loss benefits. On appeal we are asked to decide whether we should adopt a different mathematical formula for separating the work-related portion of a hearing loss due to long-term exposure from the portion that is not work...
