IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendants' motions to dismiss, pursuant to Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, are GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. (Documents # 12 and # 14.). The Rule 12(b)(1)motions to dismiss the defamation claims, brought by Guimbellot and Zodun personally, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction are DENIED.
