This matter is before the court on Plaintiff's motion to amend his Complaint [motion 22-1]. For the reasons discussed herein, the motion is granted.

On September 5, 2002, Plaintiff Nic Talantis filed a Complaint against Defendants Paugh Surgical, Inc. and Michael D. Paugh in Guilford County District Court. On October 11, 2002, Defendants removed the case to this court based on diversity jurisdiction. ...
