This matter is before the court on motion of the defendants, Emory and Carol Davis ("Davises"), for Summary Judgment pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P 56(b). (DN 14) Plaintiff, Keneth Mitan ("Mitan"), alleges that he has been defamed by an internet website created and maintained by the defendants. Defendants argue that Mitan's complaint is barred by KRS 413.140(1)(d), Kentucky's one year statute of limitations...
