This matter is before the court on motion of the defendant, LFG, LLC ("LFG") for judgment on the pleadings as to Counts IV, V, VI of plaintiff, Regional Airport Authority of Louisville and Jefferson County's ("RAA") First Amended Complaint. (DN 149). For the reasons set forth below, defendant's motion will be GRANTED.
