Plaintiff Anil K. Bidani M.D. (Bidani) brings this qui tarn action pursuant to the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. 3729. Defendants Edmund J. Lewis (Lewis). American Medical Supply Corporation (AMS), and Circle Medical Management Corporation (CMM) move for summary judgment. For the following reasons, their motion is denied.
