Dennis E. Woodson claims that the circuit court should have divided the teacher retirement benefits of his spouse, Belinda U. Woodson, that accrued during their marriage. Husband attacks the validity of section 169.572 RSMo 20001 as applied to a teacher also covered by social security. Mo. Const. art. V, sec. 3. Wife cross-appeals the overall division of property. Affirmed.
