Plaintiff, Jeffrey Perry, appeals from the grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Jaguar of Troy, in this case brought under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). 29 U.S.C. §§ 2601-2654. Perry claims that defendant violated the FMLA by refusing to allow him to return to his employment after taking leave to care for his son who has learning disabilities...
