¶ 1 Appellant, J.J. ("Mother"), asks us to determine whether the Butler County Children and Youth Agency ("Agency") met its evidentiary burden to support the order of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, which adjudicated R.W.J. a dependent child, and continued him in the care, custody and control of the Agency. We hold that the Agency met its evidentiary burden to support the dependency order under review, and that the court's decision...
