Alaska Electric Company appeals the superior court's dismissal of its contract action against Trademark Construction, contending that the court made insufficient findings of fact and conclusions of law when it dismissed the case under Alaska Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) for failure to prove damages with sufficient certainty.
