¶ 1 The State petitions for special action relief from two superior court orders in a civil Sexually Violent Persons ("SVP") trial pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 36-3706 (2003), precluding the State from introducing admissions made by Armando Reyes and Patricio Duenez ("Defendants").
