The parents of C.A.R. and two other minor children appeal from the denial of the father's motion to modify a deprivation order that granted custody of the children to their maternal grandmother. On appeal the parents contend that the trial court erred in denying the father an opportunity to challenge, in a new hearing, the original finding of deprivation since the father was not a party to the original deprivation hearing.
