Luther E. Floyd appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion for new trial following his conviction for armed robbery. As his sole issue on appeal, Floyd contends that the trial court erred in not granting a new trial based on the State's failure to produce exculpatory evidence as required by Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963).
