Petitioner Michael Page ("Page"), a District of Columbia prisoner formerly incarcerated at Sussex II State Prison, filed this pro se petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 challenging the denial of parole. Respondent answered Page's petition by filing an Opposition, and Page responded to that filing. Thus, this matter is ripe for adjudication.
