James Edward Blance was indicted on three counts of financial transaction card theft. A jury found him guilty of all three counts, and his amended motion for new trial was denied. He appeals, raising challenges to the sufficiency of the evidence, the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress, and the trial court's failure to grant his motion for mistrial.
