¶ 1 This appeal arises from the trial court's award of more than $225,000 in attorneys' fees and costs to Liebert Corporation (Liebert) and Integrated Support Systems, Inc. (ISS) after this court reversed a jury verdict in favor of Mann Construction Co. (Mann) and ordered the trial court to enter judgment in favor of Liebert and ISS. We hold that the trial court erred as a matter of law by awarding Liebert/ISS their attorneys...
