BARNES, Judge.

Lance Ryan Martinet, pro se, filed a complaint for declaratory judgment and injunctive relief in Camden County Superior Court seeking relief from the assessment of ad valorem taxes against his mobile home. Following a hearing, the court dismissed the action, finding that Martinet had failed to comply with the requirements of OCGA § 48-5-450, which sets forth the procedures for contesting the assessment of ad valorem taxes. We agree and affirm....
