Plaintiff, Vincent Nastro ("Nastro"), has brought this lawsuit against the abovenamed defendants seeking injunctive relief pursuant to the Connecticut's enactment of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act ("UFTA"), Conn. Gen.Stat. §§ 52-552a-5521 (West Supp.2002), and damages under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act ("CUTPA"), Conn. GemStat. §§ 42-110a et seq....
