This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs and Defendant's cross-Motions for Summary Judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The underlying Complaint alleges wrongful denial of disability benefits in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq.
