Before the Court is the Motion for Judgment of Acquittal of Defendant Wilfred Bokshoven pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 29(c) based upon the insufficiency of evidence presented at trial. For the following reasons, Defendant's Motion is DNIED.
