On December 31, 2002, this Court issued an Order dismissing the Amended Complaint of Brunson Communications, Inc. (herein "Plaintiff') against Arbitron, Inc. ("Defendant"). Finding that five of the seven counts contained in the Amended Complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted—under any set of facts that could be proved by Plaintiff—this Court dismissed those five claims...
