This is an appeal from the dismissal of an amended complaint for declaratory judgment brought by an insurance company against two of its insureds and the agent who procured their policy. In a prior appeal, we affirmed dismissal of the original complaint as to the agent but reversed dismissal as to the insureds. On remand, the insurance company filed the amended complaint, which does not differ from the original complaint in any material respect. On...
