Bergwall and for himself individually, joined by other survivors of Mrs. Bergwall, has sued MGH Health Services, Inc., d/b/a Montgomery General Hospital (MGH), pursuant to the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1395dd (EMTALA or the Act).
