("One Groupe"), perpetrated a massive fraud involving civil RICO and securities law violations. They allegedly conducted "a fraudulent operation fronted by the sale of a non-existent gold-backed currency and ... fueled by a mammoth `Ponzi' scheme disguised as a guaranteed highyield investment...
