Miguel A. Guzman was the leader of a gang known as "Power Rules" which distributed heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine in the Bronx. In June of 1998, following a three-month jury trial, Guzman was found guilty of racketeering, murder, narcotics conspiracy, firearms and other charges.
