{¶ 1} Appellant, Judy Marks, appeals from the judgment of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas that determined that she was barred from bringing a direct action against appellee, Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate"), for the recovery of postjudgment interest following settlement with Allstate's insured, Gary Willaman.
