Plaintiff Oscar Camacho filed the instant action against the Puerto Rico Ports Authority ("PRPA") under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
