A jury selected for a trial in Ketchikan found Charles L. Nelson guilty of first-degree arson, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, and one count of fourth-degree assault.1 Nelson raises one point in this appeal: he argues that the superior court erred when it denied his motion to discharge the entire jury panel during voir dire.
