On July 18, 2003, after nineteen days of trial, a jury returned a verdict in this case finding that defendants Miguel A. Ruiz-Hernández (Ruiz-Hernández) and Glenda L. Peña-Muñoz (Peña-Muñoz) were not liable to any of the plaintiffs for acts of political discrimination or negligence allegedly committed against them, while defendant, the Municipality of Aguada, (Municipality) was found...
