Michael J. Forster appeals from a judgment of conviction for second-degree sexual assault of a child contrary to WIS. STAT. § 948.02(2) (1999-2000).1 He argues that, as a matter of law, the touching of a fifteen-year-old boy's chest does not constitute "sexual contact" within the meaning of § 948.02(2) because a boy's chest is not intended to be one of the "intimate parts" defined in WIS. STAT. § 939...
