In this action, plaintiff, Ms. Jean Spears, seeks to recover a $1,278,000 judgment against Intrados International Management ("Intrados") from its insurer, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company ("Nationwide"). The judgment issued in a D.C. Superior Court tort action arising from an auto accident in which Ms. Spears was injured while working as an independent contractor for Intrados in the Ukraine. See...
