Before the Court is Defendants' appeal from their convictions for violating 18 U.S.C. § 1382 by trespassing on a United States Navy Installation (Docket # 42). Trial in this case was held before US. Magistrate Judge Aida Delgado Colón, and Defendants bring this appeal before this Court pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 58(g)(2)(B) and 18 U.S.C. 3402. The parties do not contend the Court's jurisdiction...
