These are two criminal appeals involving sentencing issues.

Appellant Molina-Marrero

Appellant Molina-Marrero pleaded guilty to counts in three indictments. All three involved appellant and a number of associates in robberies (of a bank, a car dealership, and a Loomis Fargo truck), the use of firearms, and the taking of money and vehicles. He was sentenced to 87 months of imprisonment on one count in each indictment...
