GOOLSBY, J.:

Christopher Douglas Paris appeals his conviction for criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the first degree. The sole issue he raises on appeal is whether the trial court erred in refusing his plea of nolo contendere.1 We find no abuse of discretion and affirm.2
