The Defendant in this case, Chance Martin ("Martin") moved to suppress evidence and all derivative fruits seized pursuant to a search warrant authorizing agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms ("ATF") to search his residence [Docket No. 18].
