On April 16, 2003, this Court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment in this products liability suit. This in turn spawned the three motions that are currently before the Court. First, on May 6, 2003, plaintiffs filed a motion for reconsideration pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59 and 60.
