The present lawsuit appears at first blush to be a garden-variety type Title VII action. however, the granted in total would effectively dispose of all of the claims in plaintiffs complaint, raise a host of complicated issues for the Court to resolves. After careful consideration of the parties' pleadings and the existing legal precedent, the Court concludes that rulings on defendant's motion to dismiss the plaintiffs...
