¶ 1 Rosie Pense (Pense) conveyed her 258-acre Fergus County homestead property to Jack and Lee Lindsey (Jack, Lee, or the Lindseys) by Warranty Deed. Shortly thereafter she requested that the Lindseys return the property to her.
