This matter comes to us as part of an appeal by youth from an adjudication by the Multnomah County juvenile court that he committed acts that, if he were an adult, would constitute the crime of sexual abuse in the third degree. ORS 163.415; ORS 419C.005(1). On appeal, youth argued that the evidence was insufficient to find beyond a reasonable doubt that he sexually abused the victim.
