The petitioner, Jancis L. Fuller, appeals from the habeas court's dismissal of her petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court improperly concluded that the conditions of her confinement at York Correctional Institution in Niantic did not constitute cruel and unusual punishment within the meaning of the eighth amendment to the United States constitution.1...
