¶ 1 John Preacher appeals the June 27, 2002 Judgment of Sentence1 imposed by the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas following his conviction at a bench trial of possession of drug paraphernalia2 and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver ("PWID").3 We are constrained to vacate Appellant's judgment of sentence.
