OPINION BY KLEIN, J.:

¶ 1 Albert S. Shiffler pled guilty to a residential burglary committed while the residents were home. He was sentenced to a term of five to ten years' imprisonment for the burglary. The Commonwealth appeals, arguing that Shiffler should be sentenced as a third-time violent offender to a 25-year mandatory minimum. Because Shiffler had previously pled guilty on the same day to three similar burglaries...
