¶ 1 This is a dispute regarding insurance coverage. The plaintiffs-appellees, Nettie Peele and Tyrone Sylvester, were injured in two separate motor vehicle accidents while each was employed as a transit driver for Atlantic Paratrans of Pennsylvania (Atlantic). Sylvester's accident with an uninsured driver took place on February 22, 1999. Peele's accident with an underinsured driver took place on March 22, 1999. Sylvester and Peele made claims...
