¶ 1 Appellant, Al's Café, appeals from the Order of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of Sanders Insurance Agency (Sanders), Gateway Underwriter's Inc. (Gateway) and Hull and Company, Inc. (Hull), Appellees. After careful review, we reverse.
