This is a civil action for monetary and injunctive relief brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff Cedric Johnson, an inmate at the Waupun Correctional Institution in Waupun, Wisconsin, contends that defendants violated his First Amendment rights by retaliating against him for his involvement in other lawsuits against prison employees.
