Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.427, and one count of sodomy in the first degree, ORS 163.405. He assigns error to the trial court's refusal to compel the production and disclosure of subpoenaed counseling records of the complainant without having first conducted an in camera review. For the reasons below, we affirm.
